Scope of work
Single Anaerobic Jar laboratory equipment meeting Indian Standard IS:8501-1977 specifications. Quantity: 1 piece. Delivery to Gujarat Biotechnology University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat within 90 days. Warranty available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. Technical specifications must conform to IS:8501 standard as per GeM category specification.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum average annual turnover of 20 Lakh for bidder (last 3 years)
- OEM minimum average annual turnover of 20 Lakh (last 3 years)
- 3 years past experience supplying same/similar products to Central/State Government/PSU
- Supply history of at least 40% of bid quantity in any one of the last three financial years to Government/PSU
- Class 1 or Class 2 local supplier only, as per Make in India Order 2017 (minimum 50% and 20% local content respectively)
- MSE manufacturers relaxed from experience and turnover criteria with supporting documents
- DPIIT registered startups relaxed from experience and turnover criteria with supporting documents
- Valid Udyam Certificate required for MSE purchase preference eligibility

- Experience Criteria: Contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) for past 3 years
- Bidder Turnover: Certified audited balance sheets or CA/Cost Accountant certificate (last 3 years)
- OEM Authorization Certificate
- OEM Annual Turnover documentation (certified audited balance sheets or CA certificate)
- Past Performance: Contracts proving 40% quantity supply in at least one financial year (last 3 years)
- Compliance documentation for BoQ specifications and supporting technical documents
- OEM local content certificate (for Make in India purchase preference claim)
- Udyam Certificate (for MSE purchase preference claim)
- Supporting documents proving eligibility for EMD exemption (if applicable)
- Additional documents as specified in Buyer Added Bid Specific Terms and Conditions
