TCGL seeks agencies to develop, operate, and maintain smart public toilet complexes at 9 tourist sites across Gujarat on PPP mode for 10 years.
Scope of work
Development and 10-year operation of smart toilet complexes at 9 locations (3 packages): Dhordo, Dholavira, Narayan Sarovar; Mandvi Beach, Shivrajpur Beach, Bhalchel; Saputara, Pavagadh, Dharoi. Minimum 70% of ~500 sq ft per location for hygienic, air-conditioned toilets with gender-neutral facilities for disabled persons. Facilities include washbasins, hand dryers, sanitary pads, water supply, sewage treatment, container-based construction, rooftop solar, online payment, IT-enabled odor detection, and user feedback QR codes. Construction: 6 months. Balance 30% available for revenue activities (vending, cafes). Maximum user fee: Rs. 10.
