PGVCL invites bids for monthly/bi-monthly meter reading and on-site spot billing with GPRS-Android mobile for Low Tension consumers under Kalawad-East sub-division, Rural Division, Jamnagar.
Scope of work
Bidder to conduct meter readings (kWh, MD, PF, TOD) for LT consumers using Android mobile and Bluetooth printer; generate and print bills on-site; enter billing data into PGVCL system within 24 hours daily; maintain confidentiality and consumer data security; report abnormalities and consumption variations (>30% variance); conduct billing cycles from 11th to 20th of each month; provide software development/coordination with IT department; collect printed bills and perform binding/cutting work; submit reports in Excel format to sub-division/division/circle offices.
Eligibility criteria
- Bidders must submit complete bids in correct format
- Technical bid evaluated by PGVCL technical scrutiny committee
- Evaluation based on past performance
- Bidder must accept terms of one-year contract with option to extend for further one year or three months at PGVCL's discretion
