Scope of work
Procurement of 23 Entry and Mid Level Laptop-Notebooks with: AMD Ryzen 5 5625U / Intel Core i5-1245U (or higher), Windows 11 Professional, 16GB DDR5 RAM (expandable to 32GB), 1TB NVMe SSD, 14-inch 1920×1080 non-touch display, integrated graphics, wireless connectivity, webcam, Ethernet (RJ-45), 2× USB 3.0 Type A, 1× USB 3.0 Type C, HDMI, audio jack, 8-hour battery backup, carry case, and 5-year on-site OEM warranty. Delivery to Finance Department, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar within 60 days.
Eligibility criteria
- Bidder must meet Experience Criteria
- Bidder Turnover requirement (relaxed for MSE/DPIIT Startup with supporting documents)
- OEM Authorization Certificate required
- OEM Annual Turnover requirement (relaxed if bidder is MSE OEM)
- MSE manufacturers and DPIIT-registered Startups eligible for turnover exemption
- BIS certification required for laptops
