Supply and installation of 4 agricultural trailers complying to AIS 112 standard for Roads and Buildings Department, Gujarat.
Scope of work
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4 Agricultural Trailers per AIS 112 standard. Each must be a semi-trailer with single axle, tipping platform, hinged sideboards, 3.0+ tonnes capacity, 2 wheels, width >1.75-2.5m, length >3.5-5m, 300mm+ ground clearance, 2+ axles. Delivery within 45 days to Gandhinagar vehicle pool.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum average annual turnover 5 Lakhs (3 years)
- OEM minimum average annual turnover 5 Lakhs (3 years)
- 3 years past experience supplying same/similar trailers to Central/State Government or PSU
- Bidder must not be under liquidation, bankruptcy, or court receivership
- For imported products: OEM or authorized seller must have registered office in India
- Bidder/OEM must have functional service centre in Gujarat
- Bidder/OEM must provide dedicated/toll-free telephone support and escalation matrix
- Class 1 or Class 2 local supplier only (50% or 20% local content minimum respectively)
- MSE only if validated on Udyam Registration portal

- Certified audited balance sheets or CA/Cost Accountant certificate (3 years) for turnover proof
- Relevant contracts and CRAC (delivery acceptance certificates) proving past 3-year supply experience
- OEM Authorization Certificate
- OEM turnover documentation (certified balance sheets or CA certificate)
- OEM certificate on local content percentage and value addition locations
- Undertaking confirming bidder not under liquidation/bankruptcy/receivership
- For imported products: certificate of OEM/authorized seller's registered office in India
- Service centre location and contact details near consignee
- OEM warranty certificate details
- Udyam Certificate (if claiming MSE purchase preference)
How this tender is evaluated
Two Packet Bid system with total value-wise evaluation. Technical bid evaluated first. Reverse Auction conducted among technically qualified bidders (highest quoted excluded, with exceptions). Past Performance requirement: bidder/OEM must have supplied ≥50% of bid quantity in at least one of last three financial years to Central/State Government or PSU.
