Scope of work
Work of maintenance and servicing of water coolers and AC machines at Gujarat Thermal Power Station (GTPS) of different makes and capacities on as-and-when-required basis. Includes provision of consumables and spare parts as per technical specifications. Service period: 2 years. Reporting to Chief Engineer, GSECL Thermal Power Station, Gandhinagar-382041.

- Provide Bidder Turnover proof
- Submit certificate(s) as requested in Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC)
- MSE manufacturers/service providers eligible for EMD exemption with valid supporting documents
- Traders ineligible for EMD exemption
- Bidders from countries sharing land border with India must be registered with Competent Authority
- Full compliance with Labour Codes (Wages, Industrial Relations, Occupational Safety, Social Security) mandatory
- MII compliance required

How this tender is evaluated
Two-packet bid evaluated on total value-wise evaluation method. Financial document breakup is mandatory. Bidders must submit all costs on lumpsum project basis.
