Scope of work

Construction of five Anganvadi-Nandghar (frame structure) buildings at: Khakhrechi-3 (Rs. 15,03,503), Jasapar (Rs. 15,03,503), Nani Barar-2 (Rs. 13,36,717), Haripar-1 (Rs. 13,36,717), and Arjun Nagar (Rs. 13,36,717). Total tender value Rs. 70,17,156.55. Completion period: 4 months. Location: Maliya Taluka, Morbi District. Bidding through https://www.tender.nprocure.com (online only).

Eligibility criteria

• D Class registration and above (mandatory)
• Minimum annual financial turnover equal to contract value in any one year (last 5 years)
• Successfully completed at least one highway/road/bridge/airport contract of minimum 40% of proposed contract value (last 5 years)
• Adequate personnel with required experience as per appendix
• Minimum required equipment capabilities as per construction methodology
• Liquid assets or credit facilities equal to 25% of contract value
• Audited balance sheets for last 5 years demonstrating financial soundness
• No association with design consultant or entity that prepared project documents
• No misleading or false representation in submissions
• No record of poor performance, work abandonment, or contract rescission
• No consistent litigation history with adverse awards

Documents to submit

• Bid Document Fee - Rs. 2,400 (Demand Draft of Schedule Bank payable at Morbi, to be scanned and uploaded online; original to be sent via RPAD within 7 days)
• Bid Security/EMD - Rs. 71,000 (FDR/Bank Guarantee in prescribed format, to be scanned and uploaded; original to be sent via RPAD within 7 days)
• Valid Registration Certificate (D Class and above)
• GST Number
• PAN Card
• Bank Solvency Certificate (current calendar year)
• Audited balance sheets (last 5 years)
• Construction methodology and schedule with detailed drawings, layout, and calculations
• Equipment planning and deployment proposal with cycle time calculations
• Personnel details and capability documentation
• Quality assurance procedures
• Compliance statement confirming no association with design consultant

How this tender is evaluated

Post-qualification evaluation based on meeting minimum pass/fail criteria for: general experience, personnel capabilities, equipment capabilities, and financial position. Lowest responsive bid will be considered for award.
