Plain Copier Paper ISI Marked to IS 14490

Scope of work

Supply and delivery of 2000 reams of Plain Copier Paper (V3) ISI Marked to IS 14490 with specifications: A4 size, 75 GSM grammage, ream of 500 sheets, ISI certified per IS 14490 standard. Product catalogue images must show original product, ISI Mark label, BIS License Number, and weight markings. Delivery location: Superintendent of Police Office, Navsari. Delivery period: 15 days from order placement.

Eligibility criteria

• Minimum average annual turnover of INR 2 Lakh for past 3 financial years
• 3 years of past experience supplying same/similar products to Central/State Government or PSU
• Must have supplied at least 25% of bid quantity in at least one of last 3 financial years
• Must not be blacklisted by any government organization
• Valid GST Registration Certificate required
• Valid Udyam Certificate required
• DPIIT registered Startups exempted from experience and turnover criteria if meeting technical specifications

Documents to submit

• Audited Balance Sheets or Chartered Accountant certificate for average annual turnover (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)
• GST Registration Certificate copy
• Valid Udyam Certificate copy
• Contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) proving 3-year experience and 25% quantity supply in any financial year
• Undertaking that bidder was not blacklisted by government organizations
• Undertaking accepting all Terms and Conditions of tender
• Product catalogue images with original product image, ISI Mark label, BIS License Number, net weight, GSM marking
• OEM Authorization Certificate (if reseller)
• Performance security deposit documentation (L1 qualified bidder: 5% of bid value)

How this tender is evaluated

L1 (lowest price) methodology. MSE Purchase Preference: MSEs quoted within 20% of L1 price eligible to match L1 price for 50% of total quantity.
