Scope of work
Interior works, furniture works, supply and installation including false ceiling, wall paneling, partition works, glass partition works, air conditioning system (HVAC), firefighting and all related services for 5 government Sub Registrar Offices (Anand, Dholka, Kapadvanj, Mahudha, Mandal). Work to be executed in phases as space is provided in existing ongoing offices. Completion required within 3 months from work order issuance.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum 5 years experience executing Civil/Interior/Electrical/HVAC work for Central/State Government, Board, Corporation, or public sector buildings with all services
- GST registration, PAN card, and ESIC registration as per government regulation
- ESIC Certificate if bidder has factory/workshop; Workmen Compensation Policy declaration if carrying out turnkey projects
- Two similar completed works costing minimum Rs. 82.48 Lakhs each started within last 5 years and completed before tender publication, OR one similar work costing minimum Rs. 1.32 Crore
- Average Annual Financial turnover of at least Rs. 2.80 Crore during 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25
- Notarized affidavit confirming no blacklisting history with Central/State Government, Boards, or Corporations
- Office registered in Gujarat
- No joint ventures or tie-ups allowed
- Similar work must be completed within original stipulated timeframe (extensions not considered)
